In this Terms and Conditions document, references to "okking", "us" or "Platform" refers to the okking online entertainment platform operating under the domain okking.cx. References to "member", "you" or "user" refers to any individual who has registered and is using the okking services.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the okking support team. Before the closure is processed, all valid cash balances will be withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable terms.

Okking also reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity

Okking's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the liability claim.
